Just a begginer I NEED HELP!!!!

Can someone please help, I have been training for a little over 3 months and am about to hit my first cycle, What do you guys reccomend. I just want to see results..

You've only been training 3 months and already you want to do a cycle!!!! Keep training and eating properly. You have so much natural potential that AS will only hinder any long term goals. If you've only been training 3 months I would bet you don't know jack about lifting properly, what works for you, and diet. It takes some people years to get all of this down to a science.


What's the deal with all of these people that train for a few months or weigh 160 lbs and wanting to do AS. It's quite alarming. Judging from other posts I think most would agree their are way to many that are juicing that shouldn't be. I'm sure many will no matter what any one might suggest though. It's really to bad.

OK so maybe im rushing into it and I probably dont know to much about eating and lifting properly can i just get a hand with that.

does anyone have a diet that i can follow and a training schedule.

Im really dedicated to this I just dont want to do things the wrong way.
