Nugga is a term of affection......nothing more.

Depends on what demographic of blacks you're talkin' bout......the ones from both coasts speak like that on a regular basis.....experienced it heavily in the military....

When I use it at the end of a statement it adds emphasis.......like a minor slap to the face. Some people find it disprectful or irreverent, I don't care. I do what I do.....regardless.
