junk mail on elite account??

am i supposed to be getting that junk email to my elite account??
cause there sure have been lots of them in the past 6 months,do any of you other guys get this junk mail once in a while??

Yeah, I get junk mail too. I have sent email back to one saying if you keep emailing me I'll take legal action. It seemed to work . Hope this helps.

yeah i figured other people were getting junk mail too, i just thought that the account was supposed to be a secure account,meaning that you wont ever get junk mail to that emaill addy, cause i sure dont know how they found my elite addy.

I get junk mail there ever couple of days.

i could depend on your email-name. There are spammers who just try every possible combination and those who are not returned as invalid are taken into a mailing list. So if your name is [email protected] you are more likely to get spam then if it is [email protected]

also, if you post your address in a newsgroup or forum, search engines will pick it up and add it to a mail database

If you use your elitefitness.com email in any public forum, robots (i'm not kidding) will go through the forum and suck out your address so they can spam you. This is not unique to elitefitness.com addresses -- it would happen if you used hotmail or yahoo mail. We never sell our member information -- ever. The best place to report spam is here:

There are people that just go out surfing to obtain email addresses. This would be an easy target here with each user being able to get an elitefitness account.
