I have been on and off the keto diet for a year and i gotta tell you i fuckin hate it...I feel like shit, loose muscle and always feel flat and never seem to loose b/f in the right place......
3 Weeks ago i started taking ALA 3000 mgs ed and Trac Creatine...Let me tell you something, i have never done creatine before and never took ala. I love it. I feel like i'm on when i lift and my pump lasts loong after i leave the gym...Im loosing B/F and not doing cardio yet. I have cut carbs down significantly by not out, just rice, potatoe and plain pasta...My strength is going up and im getting hard as a rock and gaining noticable lean mass.
Just felt like telling people
I will be starting winny/eq/anavar in 2 weeks also so i think this is a good start....My current stats are 6" 265
