"Dots per inch" is a linear measurement, so you have a 100dpi pic.
In theory if it were one inch by one inch, that would be 100 x 100 or 10,000 dots, times the color depth (e.g. up to 32 bits per dot) or 320,000 bits total, or about 32KB. The .jpg format uses compression so it could end up as small as 7KB, depending on how complex the content is.
