Joint Recovery Question -

Intrigue

New member
Hello all,

I am cycling now, with one of my boy's. We are both pretty even in terms of strength, and have been trying to gradually add weight to all body parts. The trouble is, I don't think his joints can handle the extra weight. I add more weight, and don't notice a thing, he adds more weight, and is then immobile for the next few days. He asked that I come on here, and ask any of you who have had similar trouble, what he might do/take to help in this matter. I guess he heard that Deca might possibly help with joints issues. Has anyone ever heard of this? We are running Dbol, Tren, and Test Cyp now. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
I

I think that adding deca would mask the problem and not fix it, if you know what I mean. When he was done with the deca his joints might be worse than before. Maybe your buddy could try to go a little less heavy but add a few more reps, instead of doing singles or whatever your doing, start doing triples or 5's. You'll still get strong, and save the singles for a max day. He might also try working the stabilizer muscles, example would be rotator cuffs. just my 2cents.

Thanks, I see what you mean... Think any supplements would be worth trying, or are we looking at the same type of thing?

Thanks,
-I

Is it just a couple specific joints that bother him or is it his whole body?

Tell your buddy to get some Glucosamine and Chondroitin. Also, some MSM and flax oil would be great. Make sure he uses them for a couple months.

The tendons and ligaments are avascular. This means, they do not get a direct supply of blood and nutrients. Their nutrients have to 'seep' to them. This prolongs the healing process (thats why it takes a long time to get over a torn ligament).

Good luck and i hope your friend gets better. Im havin problems with my left shoulder again, i re-injured it yet again the other day (3rd or 4th time in about 6 months)
