Yeah, a couple of years ago, I began popping the joint ( where the knee cap is ) just as people pop fingers, it makes it feel better, and as time progress's on, needs to be popped again, Well I recently tried squatting, and I cant squat shit now. I feel pain at that part of the joint, right where I pop it, it feels like my knee caps are gonna blow out, any ideas? I dont want to just work my upper body, and have shitty legs.... I really want to see how well I can squat, but like I said, I get extreme pain on my knee caps, even just doing LIGHT weight.
