I'm currently on winny 50/ed, Tren 40/ed, Var 40/ed, EQ 200/eod and Sust 250/week. (I'm on week 4)
I think I am starting to get some joint pain in the shoulders from the winny, but I don't know for sure.
How can I differentiate joint pain from muscle pain?
PS this is a relatively new pain, 1 week, and it's mainly in the shoulders, and I am cutting, so I am using lighter weights with strict form.
