Hey guys,
well i just started to incorporate running (on the treadmill) into my mon/wed/fri workout routines, and have been noticing some discomfort in my knee joints last week. I'm not on anything right now so it can't be any "cutters" to blame. What do you think is causing it and what can i take to help? Magnesium maybe?
