Well the new year is here and it’s time to start the experiment. With all the debate over using fina orally, I thought I’d try a little fina only oral cycle and see what kind of results I get. I’ll give a little background on my history, training, and diet, outline what I’ll be doing, and then follow up every couple weeks with progress.
I’m 28, 5”9, 184 (although I think the scale at my gym is about 5lbs heavy). I’ve been lifting consistently for about two and a half years. I was a competitive runner in high school and part of college, and have always been very active since. I weighed about 170 for years but gradually put on about 15lbs through grad school. I decided to get back into shape about two and a half years ago and dropped my bf and went from ~185 to 162 over about 4 months. Then I reworked my training and slowly built back up to ~172 and have been a very lean 172-176 for the past year. Back in October, I cranked my diet up to ~5-6k cal per day and got up to 188…I say I put on as much fat as muscle. I’ve since trimmed back to 182-184.
This is my first experience with any form of gear. My philosophy is that any type of drug I use should be a supplement to my training and diet so I’ll never use high doses or stack half a dozen compounds at a time. I’m going to keep it simple and doses low. I’m not interested in getting huge…I’d like to keep my lean look but add a little more size and definition. No real weight or strength goal…it’s about how I look so I don’t care if I bench 150 or 350. That being said, here’s the plan:
Finaplix pellets – 8/day split 4 in the morning and 4 in the evening. I crunch them up with my teeth and stick them either under my tongue or between my lower lip and gum for about 20-30 min then swallow what’s left. I started Jan 2 and could definitely tell something was going on the first few days because I’d get a slight headache and a little light headed for about 20min after my dose. I’ve also been sleeping like shit since I started…usually wake up 5-6 times a night. The plan is to go for 6 weeks…short and sweet…but I might reconsider depending on what my results are at 6 weeks.
I’m eating fairly clean with a little cheating here and there to keep me sane. Typically have a couple beers a couple times a week. I’ve been at about 3k cals this week but will bump to 4k. Other sups: creatine, ALA, flax oil, and glucosomine. Again, I want to keep it simple. I have Bromo and Nolva but because of the low doses I’m taking, I’ll hold on using it until I see the need. Also have Clomid for post.
Haven’t had any issues with fina dick so far…and my new woman has been testing me constantly for the past 10 days…damn woman is wearing me out
I have some cialis I’m itching to try though so I might just let one rip this weekend and teach her a lesson.
I’m not on a strict training schedule…I typically listen to my body. Usually never lift more than two days in a row and don’t take more than two days off. My split:
Shoulders and legs
Chest and tris
Back and bis
My tris/bis are usually pretty fatigued after chest/back, so I’m going to throw in an arm only day also. Abs get done a couple times a week whenever I can fit them in. I typically do 1 or 2 hard cardio sessions each week (45-75 min run) and might do 20-30 min light every other workout.
That should just about cover it. I’ll post some before pics soon.
