Phew, good thing. Those two should never meet! I definitely know what you mean about the diet and training. I just wasn't sure if maybe we had crossed paths and weren't aware at the time. There were a ton of female competitors there.

My wife tried to swing up to the contest at the last minute, so she could at least see it. Couldn't make it work. She's shooting for a late summer contest, but a lot of that depends on where/when we move and if I get deployed or not.

I can understand that. Where are you now? What is likely going to be your next DS?

In Montgomery, AL right now. Probably heading back to Louisiana in the summer, though nothing is firm yet. I expect to get deployed shortly thereafter. No clue as to the location, but I figure it will happen. It's the nature of the beast these days.

That's true. Wherever you end up, she'll have plenty of choices of shows to go to. In June(I think the 5th) there is one in Jackson, MS. It is the Southern Classic. It's a huge show. Lots of people come from Lousiana, Alabama, Florida and Arkansas to compete in it.

I take that back. My girfriend is my yellow lab. She's almost a year old and in love with me.

She did the southern classic a couple of years ago. It was her first one. Nice show.

I just couldn't remember if he was married or not. As far as I know, he has no girlfriend, other than his labrador.

I do need to take some updated pics of the puppy. She's pretty big these days. Still hyper, labs take a while to mellow out.
