damn thats crazy so I have to check my state laws if I am able to get some I will just talk to my doctor and see what he says last time I heard it was perfectly leagal just really expensive.

Well federal law always superceeds state laws...look at CA with the weed...its ok there...but the feds can still shut you down if they "choose" to enforce..
