I just finished watching The One. It was very good movie to me. Not one of the best movies but it was cool.

i like jet li over jackie chan or any other martial artist for that matter. The one is great, i have it on DVD. i really enjoyed, "kiss of the dragon" that movie was really good too.
Hero, hopefully will be good. but it looks too much the standard asian film (i know it was made in china).

That is way off. It is nothing like his other movies really. It is more of an artsy film. It is done in an excellent way though, if you like Croutching Tiger you would probably like Hero. It is actually available on dvd throughout Asia seeing as it 1 or 2 years old. If you go to a Chinese video store you can probably find it easily. The trailer completely misconstrues what the movie is really about though. So word of warning, it is an asian movie, not a hollywood movie.
