why doesnt george just contact abuse@ for may's isp and get his account cancelled? I worked for a free online service a while ago, and when motherfuckers would repeatedly act like children, we'd do it, and most of the times they got 1 more strike or got banned all together...if you show logs. this may be a different scenario though, so who knows
