Hey I'm looking for a shop to install my subframe connector(WELDED). I've gotten quotes of $150 but I'm wondering if that could be brought down a bit. I was thinking more like $80-100.

It depends on the car, its beena few years since ive been into tjhe actual car scene so ill see if i can remember any places that do it for that price..I know on my car some exhaust modification had to be done to get these things on. What kinda car do you have?

what u can do is bolt the things on yourself and then just go to a shop andhave them weld them in place...I know alot of people ththave done that. It shouldnt cost that much then since u already did most of the work...

I figured it was a firebird but i didnt wanna jump the gun and assume. I had 3 trans ams but never took the oppertunity to add subs. They are probably the best non speed enhancing mod u could do though, you'll notice less body sway and better handeling around turns. Try this place called speed tech in Garwood. Theyhandel all types of perfomace work..Other than that im sure u can go to a good muffler shop and they might do the work.

Im pretty sure that was the name. But as i said, Ive been out of the muscle car scene for a coupe of years already. Last time I actually talked to someone who went to that place was back in July 99. Ill see if i can find anything else out for ya..
