Jell-o!!!!

if your not afraid of aspartame, i would like to remind everyone who has forgotten about the wonders of sugar free jell-o or any other product that doesn't spike insulin for you low carbers, or ckders or no carbers perioders and waht notters. love this stuff. i even just drink the ish w/ out refridgerating it.

Good for most diets, but not for a CKD or any ketogenic diet because the labels are misleading, and they do have a bit of sugar in them. Plus the sweeteners can kick some out of ketosis. It's been said many times by Mr.X on this board.
