I think jay looked alot sharper in 01 than he did this year. He was holding water like a Mother this year.

jays proportions were awsome back in 2001
his head was smaller ,his waiste was smaller
his biceps looked bigger.

He is a monster but I think at 5'9 he looked better around 245- 250lbs rather 275lbs

MD had an issue recently with pics of him from 97 and 07 and he definitely grew alot but his stomach looks rediculous. He has one nasty ass GH gut..

Jays back is way better now then what it was in 2001, but he didnt come in as dry in 07 as in 06, His mid section was way tighter back in 01, and his jaw was muchsmaller haha
