The English translation is "you hate me" but in German it is a play on traditional German wedding vows. Haben is the verb to have and hassen is the verb to hate. When they are conjugated they have the same pronunciation. You have me or you hate me is based solely on the context.

I went to JR high with a dude who had the thriller coat and one hand glove.... We were locker mates in JR high and he works for his father's mortuary.
 
The dreaded thriller coat...I was hoping that wouldn't get brought up. I knew a few people with them. The dude that was the QB for our football team actually wore one of them white sequined gloved to a dance :rainbow:.

Glad I wasn't on the football team.

I'm 35...do the math..80's hair was the thing in the 80's. I look back with the same feelings...what were we thinking! I had a mini mullet freshman and sophmore year but I was high and tight when I joined the army my Jr year of high school.

This is me shortly after AIT with my father, it is Father's day after all....

What!?!?!?? Never heard of Kreator? Them and Destruction are probably the two most popular German thrash bands that survived the 80's thrash frenzy, they're still releasing albums today. I saw both of them in concert a couple years back, holy fuck time has not been kind to them, they look old! I'm sure its all the past drug use.

Rammstein was my introduction to German Industrial and I was in graduate school at the time(law school). I knew the language, not the evolution of industrial.

Yeah, I'm forcing myself to stay in more because lately I've been going out 3-4 times a week. And of course while I'm out my diet goes to shit and its completely counterproductive to what I'm trying to accomplish. So unfortunately for you guys you may have to see more of me than the usual 8 hours I'm at work. lol
