That's a grey area as they say, while you can import for personal use , anywhere from 30 days to 90 days worth , you have to becareful in respect to :
1) are you in the military ? If you are and your caught , your screwed
.
2) are you an American citizen i.e. civilian with an I.D. card ? If so, your screwed if caught
.
3) Are you just an American in Japan with no affiliation to the military at all ? if so, you have a good chance that even if caught the consequences won't be too harsh , depending on the amount ordered obviously.
4) DO NOT even try to send your stuff to an APO or FPO address ! All the postal packages are inspected the same way as if you were sending it out in town but, when customs noticeses it's for a military address they are more strict in the sense of checking your packages and reporting to the proper authorites on the content of your package and then your screwed.
Japan tries to follow closely to how the U.S. regulates drugs. The only difference is Japanese do not know to much about AAS and do not see it as a threat to the public like rec. drugs.
If you order small amounts chances are they will go through customs. I have order numerous times i.e. test amps, 500 tabs d-bol, dnp, hcg ect... and have only had 2 packages inspected, luckily for me they don't know what they are really looking at. The packages that were stopped are:
1) Needles and Syringes - This is the very first time i tried to order 100 sneedles and a few syringes , obviousy that was too many. Pakage was siezed, they asked what was the use for this and i explained AAS and they said " we think you can't do that" so i said send it back , no trouble for me. Now days i just order 30 to 50 Syringe w/ Needles at once and haven't had any probs yet. Getpinz.com is the best place to order.
2) IP Test and Deca in 2, 50 ml. plain white bottles. The prob here was that the customs office opened by chance and didn't know the contents inside and gave me the 21 question game at which point i told them it was hair tonic. The said they were going to test it to see if i was telling the truth and i told them without hesitation to go ahead. Well, as it turns out they did nothing because the costs for testing can range from 300 to 3,000 dollars depending and they didn't feel like spending that kind of money.
If they suspected it was hard core drugs they would have sent it in to get tested or just came to arrest me. Never order hard or rec. drugs , you don't want to pay any fines or do time in a Japanese prison for that matter !
Basically, if you can ship your stuff to a Japanese address with possibly a Japanese persons name on it i.e. girlfriend, friend or what ever, try to have a few addresses to and your chances are like 99% you will have no problems.
Last but not least , try to keep your frenquency on ordering down. Don't order every month especially if it has a foreign address on it i.e. thailand, romania ect... This is where IP bulk oils come in handy
