ever consider a Buell, they are somthing else,I never thiught so but after riding one,I was :)impressed

I have been riding bikes since I was 10yr old... You will love the adrenaline that only a powerfull roadbike can give (never once came off a roadbike in 11yrs). I would recommend not getting anything less than 750cc. Jap bikes have the best technology for unbeatable price. If you like to go really fast or do wheelstands, dont get anything under 900cc

I have the same problem and I do not even have a bike yet. I was really torn on what to get but I have decided to get the 15th Aniversary fat boy and I am sure I will want the GSXR600 soon after. I love to ride but was never allowed to. :( Things have changed here lately and now I do what I want.

dude a bored and stroked buell just isnt interesting to me. sure they look weird, but all in all you pay a shitload of money for one of the worst performing road bikes ever.

hey, to each his own though :)

gixxer sixxer doesnt have the looks and about 3rd of 4th in terms of preftomance of the jap bikes

as for since u alrdy have riding experiance

and i assume u gonna get a new one ... id go with the zx6r not the zx6rr but the one with a 636 cc engine in it...ive ridin all the new 600s from the r6, cbr600rr and the gixxer and the zx636 is the best bike out there (why i am going to get a r6 then? well i like there lines and my design and not a fan of the new kawa look) most ppl love the new kawasaki look but not me (i am a weirdo though)

ever think of a v twin sport bike? honda makes the rc 51 which is a badass sports bike with a v twin....

but dont get a gixxer sixxer

Dude, every garage needs a cruiser and a sport bike. You got the cruiser now get the sportbike. Just be easy on it and take your time learning tricks and curves and then you won't have to go down. People go down that ride over there head and don't take the time to get better. You will get better riding not laying in a hospital.

The power and quickness of a sport bike is pure fun and they are soooo much cheaper to buy and maintain. DO IT!

I am ready for a litre bike and the 06 gixxer 1000 is calling my name. I am getting the 06 because I want a red one.
