It is ok to take caffeine with creatine provided your caffeine intake isn't excessive as it will act as a diuretic which will then have an affect on the creatine as it is reliant on the level of hydration of your body.
It is the Ephedra which is why I asked why he was considering this particular stack. E/C/A or E/C is used during a cutting cycle but creatine is more associated with a mass building cycle. If you wish your body to perform at optimum levels in the development of mass then thermogenic supplements should not be used as they inhibit insulin levels. High growth hormone levels in the presence of low insulin levels will prevent IGF's (insulin-like growth factors) from increasing. IGF's are resonsible for anabolic growth in muscle tissue.
I would drop the creatine from this particular stack. Any side effects which you may experience from the ephedra will be enhanced by the caffeine.
But I thought Creatine worked because it helped water retention. If you take something that is supposed to get rid of this, then wouldn't that make the Creatine inaffective? Actually, it would just make both off set. Correct me if I am wrong, because I am a noob, but this seems right in my mind.
