Its r-ala benefitial when using insulin?

be careful using it while the slin is going to be in your system, It will make your cells more sensitive to the insulin, (needing more carbs than without the ALA)

I did it by accident once and it is easier to go hypo this way

Since using insulin makes you insulin resistant over time, I would say YES, it IS useful to use ala/r-ala with insulin but as "the only sepe" mentions, USE CAUTION!

Increases insulin sensitivity............you MAY be able to use less insulin and dulled insulin receptors from slin usage (over time) become more sensitive to insulin. Not to mention all the other myriad of health issues associated with CLA usage ;)

Thanks! Im going to add CLA to my supplement list then
What about GLA?

GLA/CLA/Green Tea/ALCAR/ALA have ALL Been shown to increase insulin sensitivity ;)

Unfortunately, it's just a lot of shit to take :(

a combo of TWO of any of the above will yield nice effects. Good luck.
