You just cannot use 'Drol and not expect to bloat. I have friends that do not gain water whatsoever, but for most, you HAVE to expect it.
I agree with Ulter in that your whole body is probably bloated as well.
Here are a few things that have helped me with drol and various easily aromatized compounds that 'may' help you out as well.
1.) Lower your carb intake, especially high Glycemic choices. Increase your protein intake and keep carbs between 25-40% of your total caloric intake. No sugary foods and fast foods.
2.) Winny has helped a few of my friends look harder when on drol. Can't remember if it reduced their moonface, but they looked damn good, even when bulking. This however will not be too friendly on the Liver so you will probably want to add in some ALA, Tyler's, NAC, calcium-d-Glucarate, and Milk Thistle as well.
3.) Take some ALA/r-ALA throughout the day. Anything you can do to keep insulin from being spiked or irregularly spiked will help keep water retention down as well. So healthy diet with Low-GI food sources and add in some ALA (preferably r-ALA) 'may' help. ALA has helped me in the past tremendously in keeping bloat down a little.
4.) Try increasing your potassium intake throughout the day. I'll add in a few tabs every day with each meal, and it helps tremendously. This helps if you are consuming a lot of high sodium foods as well.
5.) You already stated that you are Na sensitive, so keep these foods down to a minimum. You don't have to go balls out on totally eliminating Na from your diet, but use your head and don't go out and just have fast foods and high salty foods every day. Cooking your own foods will help with this as well. Canned foods can have high amount of Na due to increasing the products shelf life (well, and taste as well), so depending on the product you may be able to do a Na-rinse to eliminate any excess Na.
6.) You could always experiment with stuff like dandelion root to see if it helps at all. Not sure if it will in your case, but it helps a little with me, although moreso when dieting.
7.) This one should be a lot higher on the list....1.5-2 gallons of WATER per day. Please tell me this is self explanatory.....

?
8.) I don't have much experience with this, but maybe something like cabaser/Dostinex will help out. Maybe some of you more experienced guys using these 2 compounds can chime in?????
Well, I probably forgot a few things, but that's some tips that have helped me in the past.
With that being said, none of these tips may help with Anadrol bloat. Anadrol is very finicky, in that it can effect some people differently than others with bloat. I have friends that only gain muscle on this stuff, and then other friends that look like a balloon no matter what they do.
btw.......I LOVE ANADROL...Yummy!
