well, I have to say that over 10 years and 1 child together my relationship with my wife is coming to an end. We were separated one before and tried work things out, no surprise it didnt.

Not going to bore anyone with details or pointing fingers. But here is the deal:
We recently purchased a home, its going tobe hard to get rid of it. Now, there have been a lot of "secret calls" in the other room in her behlaf. I do not want to be a dick but dont want to get set-up.

I am wainting to see what happens as I have asked several times what can I do to make this better as I want it to work out. I get the same reply, I need more time to think about it......

I am the bread winner of the family and always have been. We have come a long way and dont want to be a dick but if i am correct, I am getting setup for a hard fall.......


Experienced and mature comments please! You know what I mean....

not really. Her credit is really fucked up. I purchased the home under my name due to my credit. I want was it fair but as we all know, that is wishfull thinking. I want to stay 1 step ahead.

What kind of "secret calls"?

Has she been fooling around? Unfit mother? Drug use? Reckless behavior? Unstable traits ? (change jobs, friends, hairstyles frequently?)

You need to really start looking for negative things that you can bring to light in the case of a divorce.

But bottom line - in my opinion - if you paid for the house, you should keep it. But of course, judges never see it that way.

explain secret calls? get proof via video audio etc if u think somethings up...judges always veer towards women in divorce cases so u need all the ammo u can get. u may never need to use it..but atleast ull have it. my uncle sold the house while his wife was on "vacation" with her new lover. she never saw a dime of the house$$
