Hey all. Its been a while since I've been on the boards. Just want to get back in the swing of things around here. I see alot of new names. Anyway, I got alot of great info and feedback from alot of good bro's on this board for my first cycle. I started at 180 lbs (6'2") 32yo and BF was ?. Ran sust for 10 wks at 500 ew and used 30 d-bol for a booster wks 1-4. Had a few left over and used em at the end for snacks. Went from 180 and lean to 197 at wk 10. lost some h20 and looked good. I started having left shoulder pains about week 6, brobably wasn't used to the heavier workouts. Flu came and went like a mean bitch around week 3 and 4. That sucked for the energy level. As far as I'm concerned now, all was well worth it! I've fucked up my diet since then and now I'm trying to get it back in check along with working on a new workout program. I am looking to start a new cycle as soon as I get my act together again. See you on the boards.....
