Its been a long time, but im back

Just wanted to say hello to everybody that knew me before i took my long leave of absence. I think its been almost six months since i have been back on here, but a lot has happened to me. Just hasnt been the greatest year of my life. My fiance ran off and cheated on me, and the rest was total shit after that. Drugs got control of my life and i have lost everything that i worked so hard to gain: almost 50 pounds. It sucks bad but im going to get back in the gym soon and prove to myself that i have more respect for my body then to let it go to shit forever.

Anyways, i wont bore you anymore.....just wanted to say hello and see how everybody was doing!

Hard im going through the same thing right now...thankfully I have not gone back to the drugs...instead I have fought hard in the gym...

Just know your not alone, hopefully the time off has helped diminish the pain...
