It's a gusher

I know I'll get scoffed at, but I just did an injection into the glutes (I hope) and a little bit of oil came back out, is that bad, should I get the area drained or soemthing. There was blood in the oil. I think I may have not made it far enough into the muscle.

Last night when I was injecting in my quad, on the way out my leg twicted and I sliced a vein. Blood puddle galore.
