I was wondering if zero carb isopure rtd is good to drink before bed.Instead of myoplex orignal rtd. Is isopure casein protien?

Isopure: 100% ion exchange whey protein isolate.

You could always use half a serving mixed with 2 servings of non fat powdered milk.
