just to share with you somethiong I have just learned about isoflavones and soy products:
"Soy foods differ somewhat in their concentration of isoflavones, but all of the traditional soy products we know about, such as tofu, soy milk, soy flower, miso, and soy-beans, are rich sources of isoflavones; providing about 30 to 40 milligrams per serving.
Only two soy products, soy sauce and soy oil, do not contain isoflavones. Keep that in mind next time you slather your rice with sodium strangled soy sauce!"
