IsoCaloric diet...PW meal

Started the Isocal diet today...33/33/33, carb/pro/fat ratio. Will be eating 5 meals day, 200g carbs, 200g protein, 89g fat.

Quick question for those that have done this diet. What do you do for your PW meal? On training days should I eat four meals at the 33/33/33 ratio, then for my PW shake just drink my usual 75g dextrose/50g whey shake with 200mg r-ALA? It doesn't make sense to me to take in the fat after my workout, which I would be doing if my PW meal was Isocal as well (40g prot/40g carb/18g fat, along with 100mg r-ALA).

So what do you guys think? Just take the 75g dex/50g whey shake after workout out, or make this meal Iso as well? I train 3 days a week, so on my off days all five meals would be Isocal.

How muich do you weigh? And yeah, I'd switch the ratios around a bit later in the day to make up for the PW drink. I've read around that that's a better deal.

My training split looks like this:

Day 1: Shoulders/Arms...30 minutes PW cardio
Day 3: Legs/Lower Back/Abs...30 minutes PW cardio
Day 5: Chest/Back/Cavles...30 minutes PW cardio

On my off days I'm thinking of throwing 30 minutes of cardio is on the treadmill in the evening.

Was planning on keeping the calories around 2400 every day. One cheat meal per week on Sunday, which is Leg day.

Some suggestions you might want to look into:

Seperating fats from carbs during meals.

Doing a Bodyopus type workout schedule, or the type outlined in Mr.X's ckd manual. It worls better with the carb up/cheat meal approach, in my opinion.
