Passed out while doing legs today. Guess I was pushing too much. I was doing only 8 plates on the leg press. I only did 18 reps but a painful final 5 reps. I got up everything got dark. Next thing I know everyone's all around me asking me if I'm alright. I'm like, "You never passed out or threw up while working out??" lol

hell yeah, that's what I'm talking about.
I would put like ONE plate on the bench on either side and then slide down under that. I was a bit scared with all that weight on there, but then I would put my hands and feet on there and start flailing on it.
sure enough, it would always eventually fall off and hit either my neck or my head and BOOM - I'd pass out.
that's why I only work out with rubber tubes these days - when they smack my in the chest and throat, it just leaves a big red welt for days - but I hardly ever pass out.

Our legendary former member (secret mod) May1010 was really head over tea kettle about this one guy at the gym. He guy was absolutely drop dead gorgeous (or so the tale went) and for several weeks, May was asking us on here how to approach the guy and start a converation. May already knew he was gay (it's a GayDar thing..) so day after day we instructed/advised/suggested to May how to approach the guy and break the ice. Offer a spot, say hi, comment on his 2(x)ist tank top, etc... Anyway, a few weeks went by and May still did nothing. Until.... one day............ the guy looked over at him and said "hi".










May froze up for about 3 minutes before rushing to the locker room and throwing up in the trashcan.
