Yes my box is full and "I AM" Platinum.
It still doesn't show me as Platinum and hasn't increased the storage.

We'll take a look at this. To clear your PM's, select Show Messages From: and select "The Beginning."

Then you can delete old messages.

I do this and the message "There are no messages to display in this folder for this time period." comes up.....

Check your email for a new password. I reset your account and changed the password. Let me know if this helps!
