I posted on a thread for my good friend MightyMouse and I commented about how I have a boxing trainer pushing me once a week and my body aches like hell during and after it!
I suffered some bad injuries in my teens and had back, hip, and knee problems since. Weights and a good diet has helped enormously in terms of keeping immobility at bay, but as I am getting older I am noticing that my body is finding it harder and harder to recover.
Sly Stallone blamed years of training and injuries for the reason why he had gh - growth hormone (somatropin) - with him at Sydney airport. He said it was to help his body recover. To be fair, I believe him and admire his honesty. I know plenty of people using Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - for the same reasons.
Anyone else consider themselves a walking wreck?
