That picture looks doctored. But even so, the guy is 57 and has had open heart surgery. Plus there are the rumors of him being on dialisis (never seen that confirmed). He cant look 21 forever. But he was in pretty decent shape for terminator 3 when he took his shirt off.

I agree............Anyone after having a major surgery is going to look bad, its not uncommon for people to lose tons of muscle mass. Most guys aproaching 60 are'nt going to look that good to begin with.

Growing old (looking old) must be hard on sex symbols, movie stars, and body builders. Arnold was all 3. It must be very hard but if anyone can take it, Arnold can! He is now a politician. Who cares much how they look?
