Is this the best diet?

I did the anabolic diet and it is a good diet-you just can't expect to get huge on it because of the lack of weekday carbs-you can lose alot of fat on it and not lose too much muscle-
 
Nothing really new about this diet, typical high fat, very low carbs diet to raise test levels and lose body fat. I'm a firm believer in using simple carbs to replenish your muscles after a weight training session, so I'll never try this diet. I've had friends try it to lose fat, but they lost a lot of muscle too. I'm all about keeping my body fat low at all times, but I don't want to sacrifice my muscle to do it.
 
It can definately leave you completely shredded, and is easy to follow if you like bacon, eggs, steak, chicken wings & coffee. IMO
it leaves your muscle looking full, and keeps your strength way up
compared to a traditional diet.
 
Im trying to experiment with my diet a little I would like to try this out, would somebody mind helping me I weigh 178 pounds. Would somebody help me with hte nutritional values and that type of stuff?
 
Keep your calories around 3000 or a little less, and just eat
lots of fatty meats, eggs, hard cheeses, snack on peanut butter,
peanuts, seeds, sugar free jello, drink water, coffee, tea, sugar
free sodas/drinks. Take in some calories every 3 hours.

You'll probably feel funny for a few days after you start it, but
give it a week, then it'll kick in. You'll get ripped, and stay strong.

I find when I use it I appear very flat and weak... During SAT+SUN when you eat carbs you fill back up, but during the week I fiond I look and feel like shit.
