I am taking a deca and winney cycle. I have noticed that i have been losing hair due to past cycles. Can I take proscar while doing this cycle? I have heard some gear reacts bad to proscar, what do I do?

Using Proscar is the worst you can do for your hair in this cycle!

1- Proscar will not do anything for hairloss caused by Winny

2-On top of that if you use Deca and proscar together you'll loose hair like there is no tomorrow

Use Proscar only with Test cycles. For this one just get some creams, lotions etc. See Minoxidil.com
