- Cerial
- Brown Rice
- Ice Cream (low fat)
- Oatmeal

Back when I was doing a keto diet, the foods I listed above were my ideal carbup foods.
 
actually I remember something said on a carbup day (as in a ckd) is that you should start off with simple carbs such as frosted flakes and shit like that and that as the day progresses you would eat increasedly complex low gi carbs. The reason I believe was to quickly kick your insulin levels up. I believe it was Mr. X who proposed this and he is sort of a diet guru. You can do a search in the diet forum.
