Is this on.....3rd week Test C/E/Sus

I'm in the 3rd week of my first cycle.
My third week started Sat and I took
200 Test C
250 Test E
175 Sust

I've been told that the real magic runs from week 4 - 6.
Are things happening now?
So far I feel the same as I did 3 weeks ago, but there are some differences.
Up until 2 days ago my appetite was below normal. My diet was super clean. Now I'm ready to eat anything I can get my hands on.

I'm working out hard and having fun with it. I notice some nice growth on my shoulders, chest and back which is what I'm emphasizing. My strength is up, but not everyday.
Is that due to the Test or more to the better diet with the high protein?

Could you tell me what I can expect in that magic period?

Thanks,
Mike

Usually around week 4 is when I walk by the mirror, and have to walk by again becuase it is like out of no where I have more size. Usually by week 2 though I am popping wood whenever a skirt even gets close to me. You are right there. You strength should start to increase dramatically and you will really be able to see the size gains.

Gear is now a distance second,

Diet, Training, rest, no recreational drugs, booze, Protein from food, not shakes and bars, etc, etc, etc………

I don’t think you can over train on your first cycle, and that is all test.

There's no spontaneous wood popping yet, but if this growth is an indicator of things YET to come.....People are going to notice a huge difference in two weeks.

Why this?
"Protein from food, not shakes and bars"
I don't like bars, because they're easy calorie containers,
but whey protein powder is a staple protein product for me.
I don't eat meat, but I do eat eggs.
Why aren't protein drinks good now?

Thanks Ya'all,
Mike

Protein shakes aren't "bad", but it's always ideal to get most of your protein and other nutrients from whole foods.... you reap the benefits of other nutritional benefits of whole foods that protein powders cannot offer... protein powder should be a supplement to your diet, not be the primary source of nutrition (protein)

Good point. I didn't consider that.
My options for high protein foods are egg whites and FF cottage cheese.
Chocolate flavored whey protein sure tastes good after a few days of that stuff.

Guess I need to rethink my diet.

egg whites are good in the morning... you should use whey powder for your post-workout shake (whey is quick-digesting).... cottage cheese is perfect as your bedtime snack, because it's slow-digesting and will fuel your body while you sleep.... casein protein powder is good at night too...I think rice and soy cheeses have decent amounts of protein.... if you have to rely a little more heavily on protein powders, use a variety: whey, casein, soy, hemp, egg
