Can I add a 2 tbsp of salt to my 1/2 cup of brown rice? Or will hamper my cutting diet(posted in another thread couple posts down). It makes it taste 200% times better.
 
if you don't take additional salt on your food you will get used to the "non-added-salt" taste
 
Salt won't hinder your fat loss. However, it will make you retain water which will make you appear fatter, but that's temporary only.

Two tbsps to a half cup of rice? That's a lot of salt. If you must use salt, at least use less than that.
