It was mostly just going out with them. If they wanted sex, it was between you and her, and up to you to decide. It had nothing to do with the service you worked for.

I would think it depends on the area where you worked/lived. Again, I knew someone who did it, and just going by what he told me. You do need to be clean cut, well manner, and able to go to these functions with women. Don't show up looking like <insert name here for joke> and think you'll get the job.
