Is This Enough

I am averaging about 1456 calories a day to cut. I am 5ft 9 180

150 grams of protein/65 grams of carbs/47 grams of fat.

Do I need more calories?
 
I'm feeling pretty good, but I have to go back to work in a week...

At that point sleep will be non-existent...

The baby is doing very well joker47 and I almost have him sleeping through the night...

I eat an awful lot of chicken for lunch and dinner.

My stomach is almost flat again. I just wish the inner thighs would just disappear as easily as that did. My clothes consist of two pairs of leggings and sweats. I'm afraid to try on my normal wardrobe and get on the scale.

I judge how much fat or weight I lose by a tape measure!

Once I lose the fat and poundage. I'm thinking of doing a cycle of winny. I just need to research things a little more before I decide.
