Is this enough for a stocking injunction?

Over the past 4 or so months, my ex has been calling relentlessly, broke into my condo 3 times and is constantly making indirect threats such as "i don't know what i'm gonna do, but its gonna be bad for you." and comments of the such. What can I do about this nuissance of an ex. I've just been ignoring her, but she's calling my friends and my parents now.

Stalking- has certain criteria in california. all/any contact made by her should be recorded, date and times, witnesses. if other family members are being involved you need to make a report to local police/sheriff for documentation. they may put a trap on phone line (s)....sounds like she is persistant- and has reached her limit line.
i know a girl who was doing this to an ex BF. she burnt his house down and his two young kids with it.

You wouldn't believe the other bs she's tried to pull! She's about to find out she's barking up the wrong tree. I've been nice by not pressing charges on other things for too long and i'm about to let the legal system do something for me for once. lol
