Ok guys ive been trying to eat as much and as healthy as i can but its hard cause i work 8 hours a day. Heres and example of what i ate today. Also im 6'1 190 and have a pretty fast metabolism!
10:00am 4 eggs oamlete with ham and cheese and homefries with peppers and onoins w/ 2 pieces of whole whaeat toast and 2 glasses of orange juice.
1:00 N-large shake with 2 bananas 2 cups of milk and 2 teasps of peanut butter
4:00 2 myplex protein bars and a bananna
7:00 chicken parm with spagetti
10:00 Chicken fajitas with beats and 2 glasses of oj
1:00 Another N-large shakes
Please critize me im sure my fats are off and whatever else is off but im trying my best to consume as much protein carbs and calories as possible. Im not to worried about fat because i burn it pretty easy!
