is this deca real????

I got it from a good friend who says its real. It has a blue flip top on it that keeps it sealed. Also it says euro(then there is a star in the middle)Pharm. It says deca 300 under that. it also says :nandrolone decanoate injectable solution 300 mg per ml. Also it says on the bottom it says BatchDe10-01: use By Sep03. There are no holograms on it. My boy says its made in a popular underground lab or something. Its in the Anabloic 2000 book. I think it was like ip labs or something. Does this sound legit.
