Is this cycle kicking in or what

Been eating clean and lots of carbs latly. I changed my diet from lots of oatmeal to a diet where I use higher GI carbs, rye bread with extra flax seeds and more parboiled rice, instead of the oatmeal, all the same calories. I havn't gone up on calories they are stil the same. My bodyweight stayed pretty much the same for a while, think it had with the fact I ate too much oatmeal and my body didn't take up all the nutritions from the meals because of too much sticky oatmeal(in water and then into the micro). Now, in one week I've gained 5lb, even though I added some EC to lower hungerpains. From the oatmeal I nbever gtot hungerpains, when I upped on the GI the hunger stroke in. The EC also increased my metabolism and I actually felt much better sweating like a pig.

I seem to respond to this EQ very good. People say you wont get bigger "this or that" over night, but that is actually what I've experienced this last week. The back of my shoulders look much better ans I can see a big difference. Lower abs are bigger same as the arms that look amazing right now.

I'm in week 7 with chinamans EQ, starting week 8 on wednsday. Dose 800mg weeks 1-7, 600mg weeks 8-14. This is a bulkcycle and I'm also taking proviron. I have very little water in my body, maybe to little so I lowered the proviron to 25mg due to joint pain. I also upped on the water.
