Coleus Forskohlii
Silent Method said:Sort of, in an indirect way. Actually it has somewhat of a depressing effect on the CNS. Don't let that trick you into thinking it has no "stimulant" like effects.

Like silent method said CF bypasses beta-2 receptors to directly stimulate certain messengers which release fatty acids and upregulate levels of ATP. It is a good alternative in my opinion to use in place of traditional stimulants for fat loss. Bypassing the beta-2 receptors should allow your body to regain it's sensitivity to ephedrine and the like.
I am confused about the depressant effect though, perhaps silent method could elaborate for us. I personally have never noticed any effect up or down from it. I do like to use it for fat loss though.

I can't provide detail off the top of my head. I do know that very large doses of coleus forskohlii can cause drowsiness. The psychological effect of regular doses are not "depressing" and actually elevate mood in most people.bdog527 said:I am confused about the depressant effect though, perhaps silent method could elaborate for us.
