Is this a High GI or low GI MALTODEXTRIN?

Hi, I was reading some old posts here by MR.BMJ, chillin, and others, specifically about maltodextrin and fructose.

I have been taking maltodextrin post workout, but now after reading those posts I have some questions.

Apparently, not all maltodextrin is the same?? There is a High GI maltodextrin and a low GI maltodextrin?

I am thinking we want to have the High GI maltodextrin for post workouts, correct?

Can someone tell me if I'm taking a High GI maltodextrin?

This is the information of Nutrabio's Carbomax which I'm taking:

CarboMax (Complex Glucose Polymers)

High-Polymerization Complex Carbohydrate: CarboMax is a pure source of complex carbohydrates made from LCPF-50 (long-chain polymetric fraction) maltodextrin. CarboMax contains complex glucose polymers that are metabolized at a slow, steady rate making CarboMax the smart choice for athletes who want to increase muscle endurance and mass without the complications of simple sugars.

*

Calorie rich for packing on mass and strength.
*

Unflavored, unsweetened, with no additives.
*

Contains no corn syrup solids or added sugars.
*

HPLC tested to insure quality and purity.
*

Soluble in cold water and easily digested.
*

Easily spoon mixes for drinks.
*

CarboMax provides a high degree of glucose polymerization with 88% pentasaccharides or higher and 65% decasaccharides or higher.

Pre-Training Benefits: CarboMax boosts muscle endurance while sparing protein. Without sufficient carbohydrates, the body cannot sustain the necessary workout duration required to break through new growth barriers. In this case, protein is often diverted from its preferred use of building muscle and is converted for use as fuel. CarboMax insures that sufficient carbohydrates will be available to fuel muscular activity while sparing protein. Using CarboMax before athletic activity will boost endurance while helping you sustain peak energy levels during endurance-intensive activities.

Post-Training Benefits: CarboMax replenishes glycogen & speeds muscle recovery. Taking CarboMax immediately following physical activity helps replenish muscle glycogen levels which spares amino acids, reduces catabolism, and provides your body with the fuel it needs to make a quick and full recovery.

Perfect for Carb Loading: Since CarboMax is a slow released complex carbohydrate, it can effectively be used to carb load days prior to endurance-intensive athletic events. Research shows that carb loading prior to endurance events increases muscle glycogen stores to dramatically improve performance.

Glucose Polymerization: DP (degree of polymerization) measures the number of glucose units joined in each molecule.

* DP-1 (monosaccharides) 0.8%
* DP-2 (disaccharides) 2.9%
* DP-3 (trisaccharides) 4.4%
* DP-4 (tetrasaccharides) 3.8%
* DP-5 (pentasaccharides) 3.4%
* DP-6 (hexasaccharides) 5.7%
* DP-7 (heptasaccharides) 6.8%
* DP-8 (octasaccharides) 4.5%
* DP-9 (nonasaccharides) 3.1%
* DP-10 (decasaccharides) 2.5%
* DP-11+ 62.1%

If it's LOW GI then is this not a good thing to drink post-workout? I just assumed before that maltodextrin was the thing to take after post workout. I take 100 Grams of Carbs maltodextrin postworkout for my shake, then I make another shake maltodextrin based when I get home.

Where can I get High GI maltodextrin? And does it really matter if it is High or Low Gi?
