is this a good eating plan ?

Hello.

What I'm currently eating. do I need to change anything ?


7am- 44 gr. protein shake, 260 cal, 12 carbs, 5 strawberries (IN A RUSH )

10am- 5 egg whites, 1 whole, 1 cup beans

1pm- 6 oz. tuna, 2 cups lettuce, 1 tbsp. olive oil & vinegar, with some almonds throw in salad.

4pm- 4 or 5 oz. chicken, 1/2 cup brown rice

7pm-5 oz. chicken, 1 & 1/2 cup green beans

10pm- BEDTIME- 22 gr. protein shake, 6 carbs, 122 calories

I don't see much to argue with there! You could have at least thrown in a bowl of cocoa krispies to make us disagree. ;)

Wow!! You could add a spoonful of fresh salsa to your eggs & beans for some flavor...... :p Looks great!!

I think I have finally figured out the right way I should be eating. to get what I want out of my body.

Thanks for all your advice on food related questions. Think I got it right now.
 
This is a very 'clean' diet and I'm assuming you are trying to lose weight? Hmmm it seems like most people are trying to lose weight. What's a good diet to gain muscle? I know high protein...higer calories yaddie yaddie yah. Can someone post a food regimen similar to above that is targeted at bulking up? Everyone seems to be cutting...

Very Clean diet :) Just one suggestion if you can add some EFA to your first meal. Flax oil, Peanut butter, almond butter would be great

Is your 4'th meal before your workout?
