Is there such a thing as a natural body weight/mass?

of course, different with diffrent people.

I lost ~60 lbs, but now for about 6 months, whether I diet/excersise, or eat out and sit around, I stay at 220-225.. I don't understand it...
 
Your body is going to adjust to your activity level. We all have a tendancy to normalizing our work out routines, diet and lifestyels which lead toward a consistant body type. You want to change where you are you are going to have to shake things up.

Basic rules to follow.

Change your workout routines up every 6 to 8 weeks.

Change your workout rythm up every 2 weeks.

Change your diet around every 8 weeks.
