Is there any way to decrease gyno?natural.

Natural never used any gear before had 2 years now maybe a tad longer since I wasn't very lean as a younger child now I'm 19 years old. I have had people tell me to give some either aromadex or tamoxifen to decrease my gyno it really annoys me and I really don't want to have surgery even if this could lessen the size of my gyno while taking them would be great even if it went back to the origonal size afterwards.

Please help me out guys il do some reading on this aswell
